Peter commenced Rural Valuing in the Manawatu & Horowhenua Districts, back in 1981 for the then Valuation Department, (…in the good old days, when every farm property was inspected!). He was involved with several revaluations of the Horowhenua, Manawatu & Tararua District Lifestyles and Farm properties, up until 1995. Prior to joining Blackmore & Associates in April 1999, he was the Bank Manager of about 65 farmers, with TrustBank (to be renamed WestpacTrust). This work focussed in the area of Forecast Budgeting, Negotiating and the arranging of Farm Finances. He is now pleased to offer these skills, along with his knowledge of the Rural Property Market, to provide his Professional opinion and Valuation expertise to all of you in the Horowhenua, Manawatu & Tararua areas, who may require assistance.
