Blackmore Group has recently re-branded from Blackmore & Associates Limited and comprises five company directors, each very experienced Registered Valuers and each an equal shareholder in Blackmore & Associates Limited. All are foundation senior members of New Zealand Property Institute which has incorporated New Zealand Institute of Valuers.

The objective of Blackmore & Associates and now Blackmore Group, is to offer objective and independent property solutions over a wide range of property activities. The natural company bias is towards property valuation within rural, residential, commercial and industrial sectors. Beyond these functions considerable time is devoted to economic valuations and asset management with specialist properties businesses as well as servicing of corporate clients and arbitrations.

Blackmore Group also provides a full Property Management service for Commercial and Investment clients.

Blackmore Group help clients make informed decisions by providing reports and advice on cost and value considerations by having a full understanding of market conditions and changes. The markets themselves are influenced by supply factors, institutional and financial factors, location and demographic factors.

Since establishment Blackmore Group has captured and retained support from a very solid client base. The Company is a preferred valuation services provider to most lending institutions, has several National Company valuation contracts, is an advisor to Crown and Local Authority organisations whilst also attending individual day to day property reporting.
