Blackmore and Associates Ltd was established in the early 1990’s recognising market demand for objective independent Property solutions over a broad activity range.

Founding Directors sought excellence in Property services provision and have carefully grown the business with this in mind. Natural Company bias is towards Property Valuation within Rural, Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors.

Outside these core functions considerable time is devoted to Economic Valuations for specialist properties and businesses, servicing corporate clients, Arbitrating and Court presentations.

Blackmore and Associates Ltd also provide a full Property Management service for Commercial and Investment clients.

There are five Company Directors, each a very experienced Registered Valuer and each an equal shareholder in Blackmore and Associates Ltd. All are foundation Senior Members of the New Zealand Property Institute, which has incorporated the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.

Individually each Director has separate focus based upon own niche and experience, however the Company operates as a team especially within problem solving areas.

Since establishment Blackmore & Associates Ltd has captured and retained support from a very solid client base. The Company is a preferred valuation services provider to most lending institutions, has several National Company valuation contracts, is an advisor to Crown and Local Authority organisations whilst also attending individual day to day property reporting. Client loyalty has been achieved through helpful service providing sustainable property solutions drawn from first-rate market knowledge and experience.
